Founded in 2010, the Ardian Foundation advances social mobility worldwide by investing in education, and since 2025 by funding scientific research that drives innovation and knowledge. It also encourages employee engagement, allowing partner charities to receive on-the-ground support and strategic guidance to strengthen their development.
For over fifteen years, the Ardian Foundation has promoted education for disadvantaged children and youth. We currently fund 57 partner organizations that deliver programs in Europe, the Americas and Asia.

In partnership with the HR and Sustainability teams, we validated 3 paid days per year for all employees, to give time to solidarity actions. The pilot is ongoing in Paris & NYC offices and it will be rolled out to all Ardian offices.

Give a few hours of your time to support charitable projects and beneficiaries. Ardian allocates up to three extra days of paid leave per year, which can be used for volunteering.
