Primary education lays the foundation for a better future, helping marginalized children break the cycle of poverty through learning and opportunity.

We support children aged 6 to 12 by tackling challenges in and out of the classroom. Through better education access and holistic support for kids, families, and teachers, we create environments where every child thrives. Our strategy blends innovative teaching and community activities to foster academic, social, and personal growth.

Secondary education is a pivotal stage for students, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

We support students aged 13 to 18 with mentoring, and activities to close the achievement gap. Our goal is to help them thrive academically, build confidence, and develop skills for a smooth transition to adulthood and the workplace, ensuring a brighter future.

Europe 4

The transition from secondary school to adulthood is a crucial time for young people, as they make important decisions about their future.

We support young adults with mentoring, scholarships, skills development, and real-world experience. Many, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds, face challenges in this transition. Our programs build confidence and provide the tools needed for academic and career success, ensuring they have support to take the next steps toward a fulfilling future.

We believe funding academic research is essential to developing effective interventions and shaping public policy.

Since 2020, the Ardian Foundation has funded research on social mobility and educational policies. By raising awareness, advocating for solutions, and shaping long-term strategies, we aim to improve education and reduce inequalities in France and beyond.
